Express Processing Service

  • Express Processing Service

    Ensures that the certificate is issued and shipped on the same day we receive the required documentation (in our offices) and payment confirmation until 1pm.

    The package will be shipped via Chronopost, with the CHRONO13 service (Continental Portugal only, otherwise via portuguese postal service, CTT), or delivered at our offices from 4pm if all the necessary requirements are fulfilled.

    This service has the additional cost of 50€ (plus VAT, according to the portuguese legal rate, or a foreign services tax). This payment must be made previously to the delivery of the package. Please request payment information if none is present through the certificate subscription process.

    We also inform that after the package is delivered you must send us, by fax, by mail or presently, a Term of Reception, which is sent along with the package, duly filled by the certificate holder.

    After verification of this document, we will send an email (on the same day, and assuming that we received this document in due time) with the safety codes and instructions to install the required software so you can register the certificate in your computer.

    Note: This service is only applicable for the acquisition of qualified digital certificates.
