New free service: Validate the invoices received from its suppliers through a simple and fast integration, by upload or via API, using our qualified validation service.

This service allows:

  • Confirm that the invoice is legitimate
  • Check compliance with CIUS-PT format
  • Prevent fraud, such as CEO fraud, where the IBAN of the invoice is changed by third parties.

The service allows you to automatically convert, through AI, invoices in PDF to XML, enabling the automatic launch in your accounting software, reducing processing times and manual errors.

Archive and Preserving Electronic Invoices

New service: After validation, archive invoices received in form simple, safe and law-abiding, ensuring its preservation over time.

Through the Long Term Archive (LTA), is possible extend the legal validity of electronic documents, ensuring integrity, accessibility and probative value throughout the legal period of conservation.
