Electronically collect the subscription of your customers

In forms and all types of electronic documents for the purposes of GDPR consent, point of sale (POS), hiring services, etc. in an easy and secure manner, with full legal validity, using the new generation of tablets that will accurately collect all data from graphometric movements that integrate a handwritten signature, such as: speed of movement, general duration, pressure values, number of pen lifts, acceleration, direction of movement of the pen and number of radial loops.

A graphometric electronic signature is the most complete and secure method for collecting biometric data from a signature, ensuring high levels of authenticity when compared to traditional paper method, and is already an internationally tested and proven solution.

How it works

The signature is made on a tablet specifically developed for this purpose, which allows the collection not only of the signature image, but also, and more relevant, of the graphometric function based on static and dynamic algorithms by collecting and storing, encryptedly, in the document itself the graphometric data referred to above that will allow the performance of an expert expertise by calligraphy.
Brand tablets from the leading manufacturers of the market may also be used, provided that they have appropriate technical characteristics for the collection of such information.
The graphometric signature is therefore only linked to the signatory and is able to identify it in a safe and unequivocal manner in the future.

Is it safe?

Once the graphometric signature is collected, it is stored securely and encrypted for, in case of doubt, falsification or repudiation, this may be subject to graphometric expertise by the Judiciary Police (with certified training in this product), aiming to support a legal decision of the court, as it is today with the paper signatures.
The training was taught at the Workshop: "Biometric Signature", organized by the Scientific Police Laboratory of the Judiciary Police, with the collaboration of DIGITALSIGN – Digital Certificate, SA, which took place in the premises of the New Building-Head of the Judiciary Police on October 28, 2016.

What's the difference to simple signatures?

Simply collecting the image of a signature on a tablet, without the graphometric data referred to, does not allow any further expertise to prove the identity of the signatory, making it impossible to validate the authenticity of the signature, since even a simple copy & paste of a signature removed from the internet can produce the same result. Our solution collects a complete set of data that eliminates these risks and ensures the legal robustness needed to dematerialize processes with complete security.
