Electronically collect the subscription of your customers

Electronically collect the signature of its customers on electronic forms and documents. For example, for GDPR purposes, point of sale (POS) or hiring services — easily, safely and legally valid. For this, the new generation of tablets accurately collects data from graphometric movements that integrate a handwritten signature. These data include:

  • Speed and duration of movement
  • Pressure values
  • Number of pen lifts
  • Acceleration and direction of movement
  • Number of radial loops

Thus, the graphometric electronic signature becomes the most complete and safe method for collecting biometric data. In addition, it ensures high levels of authenticity compared to the traditional paper method, and is already a internationally tested and proven solution.

How it works

First of all, the signature is done on a tablet specifically developed for this purpose. This allows you to collect not only the signature image, but also, more importantly, the graphometric function.

This function is based on static and dynamic algorithms that collect and store data encryptedly, directly in the document. Thus, it is possible to perform an expert on handwriting.

In addition, it is also possible to use tablets from other brands on the market, provided they have the appropriate technical characteristics.

Finally, the graphometric signature is only linked to the signatory and thus able to identify it safely and unequivocally in the future.

Is it safe?

Once collected, the graphometric signature is stored securely and encrypted.

Thus, in case of doubt, forgery or repudiation, it may be subject to graphometric expertise by Judicial Police. This entity has certified training in this product.

The objective is therefore to support a legal decision of the court, as already happens today with the signatures on paper.

In fact, this training was taught at the Workshop "Biometric Signature", organized by the Scientific Police Laboratory of the Judicial Police. In addition, it had the collaboration of DigitalSign – Digital Certificate, SA.

The event took place at the New Headquarters Building of the Judicial Police on October 28, 2016.

What's the difference to simple signatures?

Simply collecting the image from a signature on a tablet does not allow any further expertise. Without the graphometric data, it becomes impossible to verify the identity of the signatory.

In fact, even a simple copy & paste of an internet subscription can produce the same result.

In contrast, our solution collects a complete set of data that eliminates these risks. Thus, it ensures the legal robustness necessary to dematerialize processes with complete security.

  • Easy to integrate
  • Security
  • Legal validity
  • Traceability
  • Sustainability
  • In-person subscriptions
