Training - Graphometrics
DigitalSign held a technical training session in Graphometric Signatures, addressed to the Judicial Police. The action was centered on forensic analysis and validation of the manuscript trait. DigitalSign therefore reinforces its commitment to innovation at the service of justice.
During the session, the Judiciary Police team explored the technical bases of graphometric capture. Firstly, how biometric trace data are collected — pressure, speed, rhythm and acceleration. Then, the training focused on the expert interpretation of these data. In this way, experts are more able to distinguish an authentic signature from an attempt at counterfeiting. Finally, practical cases of documentary validation were presented.
This initiative is part of a clear strategy for positioning in the public sector: making DigitalSign's solution the reference standard in the processes of analysis and expertise of the Scientific Police Laboratory.
The graphometric signatures capture, in real time, the unique biometric characteristics of the manuscript trait. This includes the pressure exerted, the speed of motion and the angle of writing.
