We visited Matrixauto to share with you a case study of good use of DigitalSign Biometric Signature.
The Company
The Auto matrix is the largest megastore automobile in Portugal. With more than 2,000 cars in stock, between seminoves and used certificates and 0km, Matrixauto has 7 stores in Portugal: Porto, Braga, Sintra, Aveiro, Viseu, Leiria and Loures.
Our Solution
The biometric signature it is performed on a tablet specifically developed for this purpose, which allows the collection not only of the signature image, but also, and more relevant, of the graphometric function based on static and dynamic algorithms by collecting and storing, encryptedly, in the document itself the graphometric data referred to above that will allow the conducting an expert on handwriting.
Once collected graphmetric signature, it is stored securely and encrypted for, in case of doubt, falsification or repudiation, this can be subject to graphometric expertise by Judiciary Police (with certified training in this product), with the aim of giving support a legal decision of the court, as it is today with the paper signatures.
