The challenge:
The German bank Raisin Bank was looking for an API subscription validation solution for the documents it processes. This need arose from an obligation imposed by BaFin and the European Union.
The solution: Subscription Validation via API
As a financial institution, Raisin Bank deals daily with documents subject to strong legal requirements. I therefore needed to confirm unequivocally that each signature was valid and in accordance with the EIDAS Regulation. Manual verification was not feasible at the pace of the operation.
DigitalSign provides the DS Verify, a signature validation application approved by the European Union. Thus, Raisin Bank could integrate it directly into its own systems and generate reports as needed.
The Result:
The API of the DS Verify for direct integration with the internal system of Raisin Bank.
With the API integrated, validation became automatic and in real time. As a result, each signed document is verified at the time of submission. In addition, the bank maintains an auditable record of each validation for internal file and fraud control.
