It was essential to dematerialize contract generation and signing, reducing response times, eliminating paper and simplifying supplier experience while maintaining high levels of security and authentication
The Solution:
Implementation of a simple signature flow via the platform DS SigningDesk, allowing:
- Digital generation of the contract by Auchan;
- Automatic emailing to the supplier with access link to the document;
- Safe authentication in two factors:
- immediate access to the document on the platform after validation;
- Electronic signature with confirmation through graphical representation of the process.
The Result:
Auchan has now made available to its suppliers a 100% digital, more agile and secure contract signing process. The result is greater operational efficiency, paper elimination, acceleration of internal processes and improvement of supplier experience, reinforcing the digital transformation of the organisation.
