We are at your disposal for any question related to your new Qualified Digital Certificate. We want to help start a completely new way to sign your documents.
To do this we ask you to follow the instructions given below to install your driver and middleware computer to use your Qualified Digital Certificate.
Steps to be accomplished
1.Confirm which drivers you need to install. Download middleware to your Desktop.
If you have received your certificate from 11 March 2026. Install the available drivers below:
2.After downloading, install following the instructions given by the configuration wizard.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
During installation, if a window appears requesting that the computer be restarted, please click "NO".
You should only restart your computer when all the software has been installed (drivers and middleware).
Chip Replacement
To replace the chip lodged in your Feitian SCR 301 reader, you must proceed as follows:
Step 1
Open your Feitian SCR 301 player first by sliding the opening zone you find on the side of the USB Token to the outside and once you feel that it has become loose you should lift.
Step 2
Once opened, remove the old chip. You'll just have to pull lightly with your finger.
Step 3
Now insert your new chip in the previous one and reclose your USB Token.
Step 4
Finish by downloading your USB Token cap by pressing until you hear a small click.
