Our Platform
The DS SigningDesk is an online electronic signature platform. Allows you to sign documents digitally, without printing, signing by hand and re-scan. In addition, several parties may collaborate on the same document in real time. Thus, the revision and approval of contracts become much simpler.
The Challenge / The Result
Teixeira Duarte needed to accelerate and digitize the signature of internal documents. With thousands of employees in several countries, paper processes were slow and difficult to control.
With SigningDesk, document management became totally digital. As a result, the documents circulate and are signed in minutes. In addition, each signature has full legal value. In this way, the Group gained agility and traceability, without losing security.
