So I was trying to make hiring with your customers simpler and faster — And that's when you adopted the digital signature of contracts.
The challenge:
An insurance company intends to accelerate and digitise its contract signing process with its customers (B2C).
The Solution:
DigitalSign has integrated a new functionality into UNA Seguros core system based on DS SigningDesk. So the agents collect all the information from the client and, in minutes, send him the contract.
The Result:
SigningDesk API integration made the process fluid without the agent having to leave the company core. After collecting the data, the system sends the contract and receives it already signed. Then automatically generate the policy and send it to the customer, anywhere. In this way, the hiring became much faster.
For the customer, the experience is simple: sign wherever you are, without paper and without movements. For Una Seguros, all flow takes place within your own system. As a result, agents save time and reduce filling errors.
In addition, each contract is signed with full legal value and filed in a traceable manner.
