DigitalSign has integrated a custom subscription portal with the solutions Cert ID and DS SigningDesk. Through it, EDP administrators use remote qualified signatures to sign contracts and other documents.
The Result:
DigitalSign designed and developed a signature portal for EDP. Thus, administrators sign critical group contracts on time and anywhere, in a completely secure manner. As a result, the cycle of hiring services and products has gone from weeks to minutes.
The project took place in two phases. First, it covered the internal use of the EDP Group. Then he extended to all business partners.
For EDP, the signature became paperless and without movement. In addition, each document shall be signed with full legal value under the eIDAS.
