The challenge:
EDP Group intends to accelerate and digitise its procurement process with suppliers in a secure and legal manner.
The Solution:
Using the solution IDcert and DS SigningDesk, a subscription portal has been integrated to suit the customer, allowing its administrators to use Remote Qualified Signatures for contract signatures and other documents.
The Result:
A signature portal for the EDP, allowing its administrators to sign on time and anywhere, critical group contracts completely securely. The cycle of hiring services/products was reduced from weeks to minutes.
The project was implemented in two distinct phases:
- Phase I – Internal use of EDP Group
- Phase II – Extend to all business partners
